Interactive forms
These are interactive versions of the FitSD Solution Development artifacts. Fill one in, with the canonical guidance shown inline as help, then download a Markdown record or print / save to PDF. Each form mirrors its canonical document, which remains the authority.
Nothing is saved. The forms run entirely in your browser — there's no account and no server storage. Download or print your work before you leave the page. (Saving and carrying a record across the process may come later.)
- Idea Brief — An informal one-pager — enough to decide whether an idea is worth a proper look, before Gate 1. Don't design anything yet.
- Gate 1 — Outline Proposal — The first decision gate: is this worth doing? Capture the idea, its value, rough effort and options before any design effort is spent. Mirrors FSD-FRM-01.
- Gate 2 — Solution Design — The second decision gate: is it ready to build? Refine the approved Gate 1 into a design — requirements, architecture (with security in it), and how each acceptance criterion will be met. Mirrors FSD-FRM-02.
- Service Acceptance Record — The close-out: prove the solution is ready to run before it enters live service. Each criterion is evidenced — a link, a date, a reference — not merely asserted. Mirrors FSD-FRM-03.
